Before:
5'7 and 120
Bench max was 130
After:
Worked out for 4 months, took 4 months off and lost a lot of body mass, and then just recently started working out again
Closing in on a a year-ish since the "before pic"
I'm 5'7 1/2 and 137
Bench max is currently 170
*I'm flexing in both pictures.
I drank Muscle Milk with a protein bar right after workouts, occasionally with Creatine.
After I finished my 300g of creatine in the first couple months, I didn't buy anymore.
In the months that I worked out, I worked out about 4 days a week.
